Celia Sutton // Executive Director
As head of operations, Celia oversees all the business of the SAOC that the Executive Council does not. Celia keeps the SA running by supporting the Board of Directors on one side of the organization, and overseeing the staff teams on the other. In doing so, Celia ensures that the SAOC is delivering great value to its members and having a great time doing it!
Hailey Oliver // Interim Food & Beverage Manager
Food. Beverage. Event execution. Pure talent. Mastery of the craft. Visionary. Provocateur.
These are all words that describe Anthony Bourdain.
Luckily for all of us, they also describe our illustrious Food and Beverage Manager, Hailey! As the head of the entire F&B Department, Hailey runs not just one, but both of the SAOC’s subsidiaries, Bloom Cafe and The Crossing Restaurant & Pub. That means she works with our staff to deliver amazing food, great drinks, and a fun time to each and every student that walks through the doors. She also works with Chloe and the rest of the team to make every event we host better than the last! What a star.
